Who's it going to be? I am inclined to say Jay, Kai & Heath, but it's absurd to think the reigning Mr. O won't be included. Isn't the first callout usually 3 though?
Btw, and I know it's a lot of speculation, but I think Jay will be shredded. He looks completely transformed from the past couple of years (based on his face and his physique in a T-shirt at least ;D) He is not the "same old Jay."
It's gonna be a fun weekend for sure!

That is true, but it is fun to speculate nonetheless. Jay does look way different though. I hope it is an indication that he is spot on.

has the arnold champ ever missed the first call? kai has improved for sure. wild guess he may have progressed past phil a bit. it will interesting if so. phil cant trail in the posing round. kai has to be top 3 call. has an arnold champ every finished out of the top 3 in recent times?

Dex the reigning champ always gets the first call out and usually the guys from the previous years 2nd and third
if Jay's conditioning is ON he will beat Dexter he may have more a problem with Kai and Phil but is still bigger than both
It's an exciting contest this year
