Title: who improved the most over last year?

Honestly, it looks like Jay improved the most over last year, he is sharper. Nobody touches his lower body, weakest only from the back. Dex is too small and while in shape is nothing special. Kai and Wolf missed. Heath and Warren look good.
Compared to last year, Jay wins.
