Title: Fitness girls standing on their head

I bought a new blender today.  And some natural peanut butter.  and some bananas.  I'm ready to make a shake, but need some advice on ratios, ingredients, etc.  (I'm used to just 2 scoops whey and water).

Can you share your favorite blender protein shake recipe?

2 raw whole eggs 2 whites
some water
