Jay looks incredible. Ya gotta admire a guy who can come back and bring it like he did this yr.

And with his new training and diet he can probably continue to improve for some years, if doesn't retire and want to continue pro bodybuilding.

He then worked hard all year. I'm sure he heard all the negative talk about him and his future. Jay ignored it. He purposely stayed covered up the final 3-4 weeks leading into the contest. He hid his condition from his critics and revealed it at the prejudging. Jay let his physique do the talking. His physique answered his critics.
