By the way, it is important to know that the subjects of the study were male and female undergraduates (aged 18 to 25 years old) living in California, USA. So, it may not be accurate and fair to assume that the result applies every where else in the world.

One thing I've noticed which is interesting: You do get more looks from women being more muscular, but the strangest thing is that normal hetero dudes want to talk to you and want you to like them. If you can squat four plates, dudes will just come up to you and try to be your friend. He who controls the men controls the women.

This has been known for quite some time now... we all know women ideally pick the toned, built calvin klein model types over guys that don't work out and over bodybuilders and perma bulkers.. it seems like the best of both worlds for them, some muscle and well toned but not to the point of being intimidating or scary, like a juiced up bodybuilder might look..

What do all these studies prove? In a nutshell, to much of anything is no good. Overly muscular, to skinny - etc. Women appreciate proportions and a muscled, toned physique. Of course they don't like freaky 250+ lb mass monsters that waddle around ripping protein farts. That to a women is like a man seeing an anorexic women for the first time.

In that show (2004 Excalibur) I was actually 9th out of 10 in mw class, lol... Still, it's a cool pick of me.
One other time I came in too heavy and was 8th out of 9 as mw (2007 Ronnie Coleman Classic).
