i agree. same shit everytime. unless there is going to be some kind of REVOLUTION in det training or drugs, which there wont ever be, then skip that shit and stick to stuff thats entertaining. like shit talking, bad mouthing, call outs, etc.

Ask Milos if Silvio ( 11th place ) Dennis Wolfe ( Dead last ) and Gustavo ( 13th place ) all regret not training with him anymore after seeing hide TOP TEN! reaping the benefits of his giant sets and his pre contest methods! ;D

asked him. he had to come back on towards the end of the show after Dr. Haggard so it around the 2:30 mark. That's 2 hours and 30 minutes LOL
