Title: Goin to the gym in an hour!

And going to pound my tiny bird chest into submission!

Any ideas on what i should do.

I did this last week for back and it worked out pretty well, i figure ill do this every now and then for different bodyparts.

Peck Deck
Incline Barbell
Dips

Flat Bench 6 X 10
Incline Bench 6 X 10
Decline bench 6 X 10
Incline Dumbbell press 6X10
Decline Dumbbell press 6x10
Flat dumbbell press 6X10
Incline fly 6X10
decline fly 6X10
flat fly 6x10
pec dec 6x10
cable fly 6x10
dumbbell pull overs 6x10

Pushups between every set

Follow this immediately with 1000 gram protein shake and 30000 gram waxy maize shake with 300 iu subcue insulin

25 lb dumbbell flies- 135 on flat bench
30 lb dumbbell flies- 225 on flat bench
315 flat bench
405 flat bench
495 flat bench
take a plate off and do drop sets, down to 225
Incline Barbell Press- work up to 405 (another dropset)
Flat dumbbell Flies
incline  dumbbell flies
pose in front of camera

i usually do something very similar to this, so i want a bit of a change.

try to target you chest and chose exercises there after.
