Yesterday, I met a young kid and asked me how to do the squat since he has never done before.
But....
He has already tryed all the androgenic and anabolic. And now he is trying GH.
And still trains like a pussy.
And even trys to compete in the next year.
I hate most of bodybuilders even more. >:(

I see a guy in the gym yesterday who is one of the security guards at the community where I live. He's about 23 and if you saw him, you would honestly never know he lifted. So he sees me and comes up and asks me what I'm taking. When I tell him I'm not on anything he's like, "Bullshit! No way, you're not on juice." Then he tells me, that for the last year he's been on 1000 mgs of test, 500 mg deca, 200 mg trenbolone, plus the last 4 months G.H. and insulin. Yet the guy can't weigh more than 160 at 5'8". Apparently, he started juicing the same day he started working out...and it's not like he's the only one. There's like an epidemic of these clowns. I remember back in the 80's, if you were a 20 year old guy with a great physique, you felt special, like being part of an exclusive "club" and the guys at the gym were cool. Now, it's just a bunch of juiced up losers with hideous tattoos all over them, balding, goatee wearing, pimply jackasses. That's a "club" I don't want to be a member of.

This kid loaded up around 350 or so on the bench press and then proceeded to walk around the bench 10 minutes without even lifting it....Took it down down to 225 and busted out 6 shaky reps.
I still have no idea what the point was of loading up the bar to 350 and just looking at it.... Fucking tool.

i just saw pumping iron again and had to think about how bodybuilding of then was so much more appealing than what it is today. im glad im not a fan of this freakshow.

Hahaha...I gotta agree with everyone in this thread, it's getting bad out there, this one guy at my gym is a "natural" competitor and he always asks me for advice and what not, so the other day he was asking me how much water he should be drinking a day, he's a big guy, so I told him atleast a gallon, maybe even 2, he says "I can't drink all that water" I told him maybe try putting Crystal Light in there I know alot of guys do it to get the water down, he says "yeah, but Crystal Light has Aspertame in it and thats bad for you" I said dude you're on 3 different pro-hormones and you're worried about the effects that Aspertame is going to have on you lol, he looked at me in shock, and I just went back to my workout..

Seriously this guy is clueless, I actually feel kind of bad for him, because he really loves bb'ing and lifting, but he thinks because they sell these pro-hormones that he's not doing steroids, I tried telling him that their pretty much the same thing as juicing, but more toxic to your system, but he doesn't believe me. I tried telling him to get on the Anabolic Diet (which I feel is a good diet for natty's to incorporate a few times a year) he was worried about cholesterol levels from all the fat, I just kept shaking my head in disbelief trying to tell him fat is essential for testosterone production in nattie's, it's crazy! Not to mention, I've know this guy for about a year now, and when I met him he had a full head of hair, and he literally is almost completely bald now and he's only 23...it's sad, I told that guy to start researching and reading up on nutrition and competing, if thats what he really wants to do..

young kid (maybe 18 - 18) at the gym here in LV has been a gymnast all his life and just recently started lifting seriously for BB competition. Very quite and very unassuming with phenominal potential. Definitely around 3 - 4% bodyfat right now and no drugs...... so far. First contest will be next month (Nov).

This is when i realized the exact same thing i built my home gym. All the benefits of training with weights, without the inconveniences.
Nowadays gyms are packed with superifical narcistic obsesed spoiled insecure retards barely hiding their physical / psychological shortcomings . If you stay in that environment hours a week, you re prone to imitate them even if you dont want to.
Going to the gym makes you as stupid as the people you meet there, period. You can enjoy wieght lifting without showing off before complete strangers who anyway think they re better than you.
Going to the gym is like a vain competition between utterly retarded losers with no winning prize but getting stupider. It's like trying to prove you're more insecure than the guy curling by your side. Quite an achievement isnt it: even if you "win" , you lose. The funny is some (well, 99% of gym members) people dont even consciously know what they re doing and convince themselves in thinking they re doing something positive for themselves and as a results for the others. Reality is, it's purely vain and even hurting them.
Removing any root/influence of narcisism and training at home is what it's all about for me nowadays. I also tend to get a lot less self centered/obsessed and more confident about other parts of who i am, that i obviously neglected when oblivious to the sheer stupidty of the world i was discovering. 10 years later, well...i made up my mind.
Most of us start lifting weights due to physical or psychological insecurities, myself included , the problem is when you dont even cure them lifting weights, but make em worse ,especially when surrounded by people with the same or even worse insecurities. Hardly produces any positive change. There's more to curing psychological insecurities than just lifting godamn fucking weights... It's called "thinking", and it doesnt prevent you from lifting weeights smartly either.
"Bodybuilding" , "gyms", are harmful to a sane mind, and especially to young people who have even more insecurities than said "adults".
Being obsessed with building bigger muscles than the average joe doesnt make you automatically, magically, a "Man".
Takes a lot more to be a man than just lifting weights.

Some good points there...That's how you become a multi-dimensional, fully functioning person, as opposed to an obsessive, self absorbed narcissist whose only concern is overcompensating for some self perceived deficiency. Also, I notice a strong trend in gyms for followers and imitators..I keep seeing the same tribal tattoos, the same crewcuts, the same invisible lat walk...the exact same test, deca cycles..What happened to being your own person? I try to go to the gym at off hours.

Ha ha come on. I mean I have a hard time pumping off ten at 225 with good form. There's no way I would ever think about trying even three plates.
I love to see the tiny twinks come in and bench 3 or 4 times a week. Permabenchers, I think they're called. Some indications of a permabencher:
Spends 45 minutes (at least) on flat bench doing many sets of just 1 or 2 reps. Then does some incline then leaves. Can easily be identified by 12 inch calves and 21 inch quads.

These would be called ''EGO LIFTERS", Mostly newbies and people who have been training for 1yr or 2, who walk into the gym without warming up or stretching and goes straight to a heavy weight just to show everyone around him that hes strong.

I couldn't believe it, but there really are people out there that have bodies that don't respond very well to AAS.

I couldn't believe it, but there really are people out there that have bodies that don't respond very well to AAS.
These shots were taken only about 2 years apart. During that time I did only 2 cycles: both were about 12 weeks and total milligrams were under 400. Guess I'm a good responder. Those were my only cycles, by the way.

you never know why a person might not be gaining. alot of the times people arent gaining because of their diet. they will never ever admit to not eating enough. even with real gear, you gotta eat big to get big. steroids cant build muscle without the proper equipment and energy. dan duchaine is a good example of a guy with tons of legit gear and tons of knowledge on how to use themn, but without any nutritional support making no gains.

I don't think "KYUMO" was looking down on the kid cause he did'nt know how to perform a squat....he was looking down on him, and rightfully so, because the kid was already on so many steroids WITHOUT even knowing how to perform the most basic and most important exercise in the gym.

I don't think so. Majority of the people (like 99 something percent) who go to the gym go to exercise or just fool around with their mates and treat it as a social event. Very, very few are into bodybuilding, which requires a reasonable amount of hard training. The guys who belong to the majority don't wish to look like Jay Cutler or Ronnie Coleman, so they just do what they think is right and don't try to kill themselves.
You are a bodybuilder who likes to train hard and so, push yourself. Huge difference.
But if we are talking about a punk who can't bench 2 plates, but is trying to find someone to hook him up with juice just so he can get 16" arms, then yes, he's not only a pussy but also an idiot.

I see a guy in the gym yesterday who is one of the security guards at the community where I live. He's about 23 and if you saw him, you would honestly never know he lifted. So he sees me and comes up and asks me what I'm taking. When I tell him I'm not on anything he's like, "Bullshit! No way, you're not on juice." Then he tells me, that for the last year he's been on 1000 mgs of test, 500 mg deca, 200 mg trenbolone, plus the last 4 months G.H. and insulin. Yet the guy can't weigh more than 160 at 5'8". Apparently, he started juicing the same day he started working out...and it's not like he's the only one. There's like an epidemic of these clowns. I remember back in the 80's, if you were a 20 year old guy with a great physique, you felt special, like being part of an exclusive "club" and the guys at the gym were cool. Now, it's just a bunch of juiced up losers with hideous tattoos all over them, balding, goatee wearing, pimply jackasses. That's a "club" I don't want to be a member of.

i recently quit doing squats to rest my knees. I'm doing some other leg exercises in teh mean time, but if you saw me in the gym would you consider me lazy doing my other leg exercises? many people in the gym are also inexperienced when it comes to lifting. ive been learning about lifting since i was 12. i made a lot of mistakes along my way, and i still dont have it figured out. others are still early on in their journey and have only been training a couple of years. you gotta give people time to reach the same spot you are at.
as for the steroids, i agree they are abused and used as an easy way out. i dont take them, and i respect your gains as a natural too kyomu. everyone's different thoguh, and some choose to do it the easier way. the only thing about roid users that upsets me is when they lie, and try to compare tehmselves to naturals. somehow a bigger juicer usually comes across as thinking he's better than someome smaller than him, even though that person is natural. whose to say the natural wouldnt be much bigger on juice? you cannot compare apples and oranges.

You cannot train to the "maximum limit" each and every working set and each and every workout. You certainly don't. I bet if there was a guy who stuck up a shotgun up your ass as you were ready to rack the weight you could do another rep. If someone offered you a million dollars for another rep you could do it too - at least a lot of the time. All training programs involve some pacing.
Unless you do one single set every 5 weeks and load up on a lot of amphetamines and Wagner (to paraphrase Poliquin) to psych yourself up. Even then you'll burn out before soon.
Especially when doing a lot of high rep/high set/high frequency work a la Milos there will be a lot of pacing and submaximal effort. Going all out all the time and doing high volume simply isn't possible. You'd be in the hospital after the first week, and I don't care how much insulin you use to "recover" quickly. :D

I have personaly seen a guy that was about 6'1" and weighed about 170lbs. That was using 1000mgs Test E., 100mgs eod of Tren A., and 600mgs Deca. Each week for 4 months and he only gained about 8lbs. I couldn't believe it, but there really are people out there that have bodies that don't respond very well to AAS.
WTF! Just quit if thats the case because your genetics suck.. Doing juice the minute you start lifting is also the dumbest thing you could do. You have to learn what your exercises work for you and get a good base of muscle. If your juicin right off the bat how do you know if your program is workin or the juice.

However, the guy I was talking was 40 years old and had been training off and on his whole life. His body just wouldn't respond to AAS. It was the strangest thing I have ever seen and he was using a lot of gear.

Stupidity crosses age, gender, nationality and education. I've met some really well educated people (professors, physicians, lawyers) some of them up to 30 years older than me that had trouble solving the simplest tasks and acted like total morons.

Alright cool, fair enough. The only point I was trying to make is that don't disregard a opinion or argument just because someone of a young age uttered it. Take it for what it is.

Lived great moment, horrible moment....I feel just myself living in the stream of a river without controle of mine.
Then why I can tell if he is young or not. Because, young kids always trys to insist and decide something easilyand they dont know the life is impossible to describe. So you do it too. Thats why i knew you were young.

'Course I do. But when you're young(er) you think you've got all the answers, know all the isms in the uni, and generally have life by the tail. You get a bit older, get out in the world and you find what you don't know makes what you do pale in comparison. It's a continuing exercise in humility - especially if you continue to educate yourself.

25 kyomu. you can do something without 100% effort and still make gains, and still enjoy it. your standards are your own. and you show prejudice by bringing age into the equation. that is like someone else using your race as part of the subject. you would be cryign if someone did that though.
