Yes, there is only one Johnny Falcon. We are lucky to have him posting here. I will be ever grateful for the Jethro Tull workout.  :)

You must have one hell of a metabolism ;D

id say the punches are key

there is a skeptical myth going around about even touching iron changes some biochemical makeup that disrupts some inner magnetism, so its best to do easier falcon punches but at full speed becausee you are not touching metal or iron, just a possibility as i something ive read in the past . only some iron disengages some falcon power or throws off the fine balance

speed is slightly better being that my weight is slightly lower, obviously no pump or anything but i would easily fill out if i had a hefty meal, but it is not needed right now becuaase energy is superior at this point, and i will only continue to get lighter leaner faster and still use the same weights

Falcon how much weight to you use on your 50-rep squats?  I have been doing some 20-rep sets lately but cannot manage much above my bodyweight att (at this time).

not much at all only 80 pounds total for dumbell squatting, i hit failiure a few times, so nothing special, i just do it for maintenance and to get the calories movin

i tend to close my eyes during the set and just focus on breathing and counting my reps  :)

i get into certain rhythms of fastness and ability all due to what im eating

you are what you eat

most bodybuilders dont eat right thats why many of them are bitter and rely on chemicals

i admit i rely on beer and weed as my chemicals, as they stimulate me or give me correct emotions i wish to acheive before activity thus working out becomes invincible effortless task
