Standing at the door to a bar, acting like a badass, knowing you have tons of backup inside is a pansy pasttime usually taken up by guys that were beaten up alot by bigger, more manlier third graders.

1. It is a part time job - gets me some extra money.
2. I work in a classy bar with 1 other doorman now - no need to act like a badass as working on the door is more mouth than muscle. If i wanted t o be a badass i'd grow a goatee, shave my head to the skin and plaster myself with cheap tattoos to create a tough guy image.

When you are surrounded by those types for awhile, it doesn't stay a "tough guy" image. They are just like any other person. So you don't have to be scared when you see them at your "classy" bar. ;)

In the states the cigar "in" phase was a couple of years ago.people who smoke cigars now enjoy smoking them.
