Full spectrum protein and carbs with no saturated fats or dairy protein. (And none of all the other toxins)
1 Cup of cooked Chickpeas
1 Table Spoon of Rice protein
You can add some flax seeds or other oil as well or perhaps 1 tbls of hemp protein.
If you're wondering how to replace red meat in your menus, become a fan of garbanzo beans. These nutty flavored beans are a good source of protein, and when combined with a whole grain such as whole wheat pasta or brown rice, provide protein comparable to that of meat or dairy foods

I like beef ... so piss off.
don't like dairy though

You can use spices to make chickpeas taste more meat and beefy than you can ever make red meat taste like "beef".
You see, when eating beef it's all in the spices and salt you taste!
Have some lean beef (that hasn't had anything added) without salt and spices and see for your self, it will taste like water!

And how many total carbs are you adding to your diet in order to get how much protein? :-X

There is plenty of protein in that meal, 30-40g at least and about 30 g of carbs. More than enough protein.
No to mention all the other physically strengthening benefits of chickpeas. It's food for warriors, now that's for sure.

I'm not buying any part of your post. The first, the last...I'm calling BS.
