That incredibly strong for guys that way roughly 150lbs at maybe 5'5"-6". Really strong for anyone actually.

Another impressive part is how lean these guys are year round. They do not bulk or anything, the chinese believe in growing very slowly to allow permanent gains in muscle only. These guys follow a very strict diet and supplement protocol.
