Title: If you dont have enthusiasm, quit training hard and hoping to glow.
Post by: kyomu on October 07, 2009, 02:14:56 PM
Many people talk about the motivation.
I always say, The motivation is a word for who dont have enthusiasm.

So, I dont believe in this very common sentence.

"No pain, No gain"

wrong.

Should be this.

"No pain, gain"

The life is always full of joy. The people being in love draw incredible power from themselves and even they dont notice about the pain. If you dont want it at bossom, how can you expect good result?

Kyomu, what style of training do you do? What has been most productive to muscle growth? Or is eating more important?
My training style vary a lot depending on my body parts.

Eating tons of protein is essential.
But most important thing i want to emphasize is.

POSITIVE SPIRITS

That creats mind and muscle connection. And imagination of being big.

Without it, better giving up being big.

12000 posts on a american message board and your english is still not improving. Why not put your positive energy in to learning proper grammar and vocabulary? Could help you in your business as well.

If you wanna say "Rice", don't think "Lice". Positive thinking.

But I gotta admit this glow thing was pretty amusing.

Nope.

I'll get back to you in 10-15 years. I actually just moved back to my home country. But I accomplished what I set out to do which is always a good start.

What's funny though is that I've met very successful people that make probably 10x the money you do and has put down a lot more effort in to their work but they still manage to be about 50 times more humble than you. Says a lot about your character.

You know, even with all that talk about "no such thing as wise" and the neutral and unassuming attitude towards the universe you supposedly got, you still manage to be a passive-aggressive hypocrite that likes to look down on other people. Not that it really matters to me, I just find your personality amusing.

When your legs ache for 3-4 days after you train them, then you know you did well.

I trained mine on Tuesday and they are hurting today still lol, then again my leg workout is 10 sets of barbell squats.

It means your muscle soreness and burn during sets make you satisfy.
So to speak, you feel good.

That means No pain.

But, the pain caused with injury makes you frustrated and suffer.

That means PAIN.

Do you aim for a certain feeling when you workout? If I don't get sore 1-2 days after my workout I consider it to be a failure even though muscle soreness doesn't really have anything to do with growth/progress. Mostly a mental game.

Mostly yes.
but, I also agree with you that musclesoreness after the day of workout is not always related to muscle growth.

But, I always try to get burn during the reps.
