Lapband surgery is a disgrace. It gives obese people the idea that all of their problems will be solved. But they'll still be able to eat shit, just in smaller quantities without any nutritional value.

a kid sitting on each knee while rolling down the sidewalk ::)

The reason is, most of these fat Americans eat their whole day's worth of calories in one meal, then proceed to repeat that 3-4 times per day... ending up with 4 times the amount of calories they should be eating... one fast food hamburger meal has what, 1400 calories ?!
