Just wondering.
-
Yes, he did
-
true
-
Yes... with expensive wine and all.
-
They were touch and go reps so it doesn't count, also he failed on the 112th rep in the video.
111 is not very good. All the studs on the Y warm up on that.
-
Of course he didn't.

What's a touch and go rep? Did he touch the floor and come all the way back up or what?
-
If it was posted, then I missed it. I'd like to see it!
-
He already admitted that it was a lie a long time ago.
-
adonis once again owning the minds of getbiggers ! :D

Just not stopping on the floor but doing a continues movement.

Rather than set the bar down on the floor, take a breath or two and then lift again, a touch and go rep is that you basically let the bar bounce off the floor. Most deadlifts you see in gyms are done as "touch and go."
-
no dip shit did not post his dead lift video
-
I ain't seen no video.
-
It's on here somewhere
-
cool vid, was a 9 page thread here round early February. It kind of came and went though.
-
yeah, it got swallowed up by all the squadfather drama
-
he never posted it
seems like his nuthuggers are still sucking his dick though ::)
-
It was posted about a month after GH15 revealed his identity bigmc, can't believe you don't remember.
-
Yes, shortly after Chick admitted to doing gay-oriented photo-shoots (no homo)

I have lurked this board for a long time and do not recall this video.

Hulkotron, who do you think was the better bodybuilder, Ronnie Coleman or Dorian Yates?

It was after his expensive wine phase, but well before he started racing greyhounds.
-
I am a Coleman fan personally, his physique seemed more "unattainable" that Dorian's (not that I could every look anything like either of those guys).

I see board member Hulkster shares my opinion, although I find his mildly-homoerotic fascination with another man's gluteal striations a bit alarming.

One thing I did like that the 112 rumor spawned, was Special Ed had the "Deadlift Challenge."
Numerous guys, all took videos of themselves trying to hit as close to 112 reps as possible. Mr. Magoo (the "original"), Chris Mason, and I remember at least one more attempting the lift. I think Chris Mason got the closest, with 59 or so?
Anyway, that made for some entertaining viewing!

That's how I do them. I thought keeping tension was important? Why rest for 5 seconds every rep? 112 reps would take ten minutes this way!
-
that greyhound-looking dweeb has some never coming back on here with his weird-ass eurovision attitude
lame as

Keeping tension is overrated. You have to rest to be able to keep going.

Keeping tension is important. On deadlifts you can do either/or, imo. However, if going from the floor, I prefer to stop and let the bar rest on the floor and take a deep breath and then lift again. This is actually how the exercise got it's name; dead weight lift. The bar isn't moving, and is dead weight...etc.
I think most people use the touch and go as a cheating method. They can bounce the weight and therefore use more weight than they normally would (and others so they get an ego boost too).
