I will start to decrease my weight until around 72kg and after, i will increase my weight to get full look and be in -80kg category.

Nasser says Superset crunches/leg raises for abs so that's what i do lol, but my abs are bad right now since i didn't start training them untill recently.

Looking good. Didnt think you condition was that good but as you posed it seemed to improve. Back dbl bis, side tris, and rear lat spread all looked like strong poses. You have 20 weeks left! Are you naturally lean? Looks like you could be ready in 6-8 weeks.

I do supersetting too.
Believe or not, my abs improved a lot.
Just My BF level is still enough high to cover it.

No, I get fat very easily. I was doing lots of cardio in this off. Thats why i didnt get fat.
If I juice, I wont start still.
But this time, as a natural bber, i must have full hard look to be against juicers. So I go down till 72kg around to squeeze everything sacrificing mass early, and i will recuperate until 77kg around. We think that it will create very full hard look.
So I must be 72kg around in the end of this year. And after I will recuperate gradualy.

epic living inside of a gym, but you do have some good size, you should grow your hair out you look like a dick head muscle queer ;D seriously though it would bring out your face better you wouldnt look like some angry jap who shaved his head to be some toughguy. Many japs have cool styles and long bangs wich is cool

;D that's right but in nasser's case his back was naturally good, check his early pics when he was competing at less than 250 pounds, his problem was that he couldn't keep its condition as dry and detailed as the rest of his body when he started to compete over 275 pounds!!..

he should have been 3X mr. olympia with his "bad" back so if his back was as great as dorian's or ronnie's he would have been something like 7-8 X mr. olympia.. as you see at his best he was clearly better than the others from the front so with a great back he was going to dominate like no body ever did..

My delts are shitty because of my genetic.
Of course, I train them to the limit, what can i say?

right since you feel you have improved it's great but imo abs doesnt need a lot of training, it need a good diet!!..
i sometimes train my calves and abs more than the other parts but never more than twice a week, i believe more than this it's overtraining, again as you and alnassak said not all of us are the same!..

You also got a decent amount of muscle on you, that certainly helps as well.

yes one of the best things in bb is that you can keep your best form in your 40s and may be your 50s which is impossible in most of the other sports..

I'm surprised that not more people that wants to lose weight also do weight training besides cardio. Bigger "engine" - more fuel(calories) burned. Gives you a better looking body as well.

I don't want to sound mean, but I don't accept the genetics thing. You have the potential, so why give up? How much do you dumbell press for shoulders? If you shift 100lb+ for 10+ good reps I think you can add some thickness. I know shape is genetic but you don't have bad shape, just need a little more powerful mass! Increasing strength on incline chest as well whilst keeping reps around 10 would probably make for that loaded look. You've probably thought about this stuff loads already, and I know staying lean brings certain mass-related difficulties so I totally respect that, cos looking powerful/strong and fat is a cop-out too cos you it's impossible not to lose a little size when you diet down, but anyway yeah good work.

But, I change my routine so frequently. So, really there is no my typical routine.
Just I perform every sets to the failure except warm up sets.

yes this is the best way to go!!.. i also dont make any warm up sets except before the first exercise only!!..
