Title: Kai Greene / Jay Cutler
Post by: disturbia on October 11, 2009, 03:50:57 PM: I noticed a huge area of their diet is fish, orange roughy for Jay and I dont know what kai was eating for fish. Just how long do they use fish as the mainstay of their cutting diet? And how much are they eating?

I think jay only has fish during contest prep.

Offseason it's beef and chicken for him.

yeah im just curious about the precontest. Im losing weight but am kinda stuck. I was doing atkins, but want a change. And I can do extreme stuff regarding eating, so im open to suggestions. (cue sarcastic remarks)

What happened to your boy Melvin Anthony? Didn't you say he was training to win this past Olympia and looking like a possible winner weeks out?! And he was out of the top 10?! Come on now!

last July a guy I know from the gym said he saw Melvin at a guest posing event. He said Melvin looked like a potential threat for the Olympia because he looked better than Dexter.

oh you are right, what I posted was waaaaaaayyyyy too risky and controversial for getbig's gossip forum. I screwed up big time!!!!!

LOL ..Who cares....Dexter barely took third and I wouldn't have argued if he took 5th place.

Wasnt Dexter a point away from second on the scorecards? God knows he is worlds better than Branch"Gonna drop dead at any moment"Warren weather the judges think so or not. He alot better then The Fridge too but I realize thats not the point of this thread.
