Looks good. Try to get enough fiber though, which is hard on low carbs. I noticed at Walmart the other day they had a Designer Protein version with 6 grams of protein and 6 grams of carbs per scoop, I think two scoops of that once or twice a day on a diet would do good. I'll probably try it next time if I'm trying to lose weight.

oops I mean to say 6 grams of fiber and 6 grams of protein per scoop. The scoops are pretty small, and calories from fiber aren't used so are basically nil. So yeah, each scoop has 24 calories, 6 protein and 6 fiber. They were using the "Biggest Loser" logo to help promote it. I wonder if anyone here has tried it.

oops I mean to say 6 grams of fiber and 6 grams of protein per scoop. The scoops are pretty small, and calories from fiber aren't used so are basically nil. So yeah, each scoop has digestable 24 calories, 6 protein and 6 fiber, and zero "digestable carbs". They were using the "Biggest Loser" logo to help promote it. I wonder if anyone here has tried it.
