Its gotta be Hany's FST-7 and all those high reps that brought out the extra vascularity he has now. Its not Ronnie Coleman level, or even your average amateur bber has more vascularity then that, I even have more vascularity. However props to Jay for bringing it out more, and he looks good at the end of the video posing. He may have 1 left in him.

Start doing FST-7 for your last shoulder exersice for side lateral rasises and see how you feel, and the pump you get.
It works for me im doing it now in the off season and vascularity is still good

Jay was just lean. End of story. No magical mystery scientific workouts, just leaner. He's pretty unvascular but that worked for him, because he turned up for years and years looking nothing of the sort vascular which lowered our expectations and makes him look more impressive when he did turn up polished.

Basically you do a regular workout and then you pump the hell outta the muscle with burns and partial reps. Supposedly you are supposed to count out 7 sets of these "after-sets" to get the fascia to stretch.
You could probably practice on your dinger. Whack off for a while and then squeeze it at the base until the veins pop out and then look for striations and vascularity over the next few months.
Old ass concept. Some folks are just dying to believe it's revolutionary.

IN A nutshell 7 sets of your final exercise for a particular bodypart say flyes incline,7 sets 10/12 reps same weight throughout, rest and stretch the bodypart with rest of about no more 30 secs if u have partner then set to set.

I saw Dillet do that in a BFTO, I think 97?
Anyway, Charles Glass had Paul do those, and I tried them out to see the difference.
From what I can see, you have to use a stricter motion, because if you swing like 90% of the people do, you'll pull yourself right off the bench. You get a good stretch, but that's not the main benefit of doing it, at least not to me.
Because of the stricter motion, you get a better mind/muscle connection going too.
