Anyone check out the video of her on Rxmuscle.  She is looking really good but..WTF is that thing on the bench next to her at 10:27??

Good to see she uses the barbell curls in the squatrack routine that so many people on here complain about.

the other day somone was squatting 135lbs, after they finished i walked up and curled it for reps out of convienience, is it acceptable under those circumstances?

I'd be shocked if you could shrug 135 with your physique, let alone curl it.
