you might look a bit smooth cause you had such a great workout meaning the next day you will have gained new neural function from the higher volume and maybe able to match or best your efforts again tommorrow with a surge of alcohol protien potatoes nuts/seeds kale greens and beer?

But with all these new "techniques" don't you think you are only inhibiting your progress? Lets get real, if you cut all the BS (drinking 15 beers in a day) who know where your physique would be.

This is deferentially true, the longer or draining the workout is the softer/smaller there is risk of looking afterwords. But something that helps this or almost eliminating this is eating frequent meals, and eating something close before the workout that also contains carbs/protein/and some fat. Nothing big or hard to digest.

Nothing big or hard to digest.
i feel much better when i avoid icecream or things with sugar like that
tonite i had some whey for the first time in about 8 months it felt great, i may buy some muscle milk what do you guys think
has like 32 grams of protien 18 grams of fat and like 13 carbs 2 sugars
