My diet went out the window 3 months ago and I went from 189lbs at 17% bf to 163lbs at 12%.
Today I'm about 168lbs at 12%. What would be the best oral supp/cycle/stack to reach 175lbs at 10%?? Definitely trying to avoid bloating.

Barely any. Simplicity is a must. Been training since 03 (25yrs old) but last two years I dont lift nearly as hard or watch my diet as much as I used to.

hey wats up bro. I think if you got a steady diet and trained hard you should be good. Than think about doing sum gear in the future. Diet is key
Since your diet isnt great
try to take in 3000 cal a day to start (eat clean)
train hard and sleep hard.
than id do a basic
test only cycle for 10wks at 500mg a wk
followed by pct
But try the above for a good 6 months and youll prob see a big diff. Obviously take in your protein as needed. go with 200- 250g a day

how tall are you? you should try and get your strength back up before hopping on the sauce. the stronger you are before your cycle, the less muscle you will lose after coming off cycle. you should know that there are no quick results, and thinking like that will lead to irresponsible cycling

beat the shit outta the protien and eat all you can. Train and push all the weight you can handle, dont ever leave creatine sittin on the bar. Gear will do its job with all of that

Not sure what the best way to go about it.. not a huge fan of gear. Im trying to cram the lifting into less than 30 mins about 4 times a week due to my schedule but it's difficult.

If you can't train and eat properly then don't use steroids. What a pitiful attempt... manage your time better. I know students who work full time and go to school and STILL bust their ass in the gym. Start doing full body splits or train DC style. You can do a push/pull/leg routine and blast everything a couple times a week in a short period of time.
This, combined with a fuckload of shakes with oatmeal, macadamia nut oil, peanut butter and flax will get you some good mass. If you're not doing the basics right, don't think steroids will fill in the gaps.

Makes sense. Not really looking for too much mass as an endo/meso it comes easily enough no matter what I eat. More interested in preserving while lowering BF%.
I was actually somewhat of a fan of DC style and then there was so much shit thrown around the boards about how awful it was. What benefits do you see in DC?
