Title: IF Ronnie Coleman.....

Gets back in the same or similar shape he was in 06' or even ligther we know that year he lost to jay (injuries were starting to show tricep,lats) but yet he was 2nd..... Could he win the Arnold or at least make top 3 in some other big shows next year?

Milos can you help the guy's redemption 2010??

Big Ron has nothing left to prove. He should just jump into the supplement game and just show up to events to shakes hands and make money.

Nobody talks about "proving" anything here, Ive seen Robby (Thief) Robinson,Strydom,Vince Taylor looking great well after 40...

But if you want to see it that way.....Can he prove that he can Ronnie be in decent shape or in great condition after 40's? a lean Ronnie?

Past few years he's been Proving" that you can ruin your legacy doing Guess posing looking like ....well you know.

None of them pushed the limit sizewise like Ronnie, nor was anyone of them a hard trainer (they were Hammer Strenght pussies like Bob Chick). I'm sure their bodies haven't suffered the way Ronnie's has over the years.

He'll be ready for the Arnold ,however to make top three he has to be extremelly ripped and not over 255  wich I highly doubt.

I agree. He couldn't do any worse than Perry. I doubt that Ronnie would send innocent people to their deaths. Crazy.
