i find this works good for me but could still use improvements
am
kale greens with cheese
1 scoop of designer protien
couple mouthfulls of ground flaxseed
1 beer also (no coffee i find no adverse effects substituting beer for coffe in the morning)
during the day
4-5 beers spaced over 6 hours of working straight no breaks
when i get home more gulping of ground flaxseed
1 scoop of protien
another serving of kale and cheese
now im thinking of having some vegetable egg rolls and black bean burritos and have a killer workout, ill be consuming alot of water and probably more flaxseed and beer to keep energy up throughout
im trying to achieve epic leans since i have epic energy
the beer is for epic energy wich i do have now
so this should be a good routine if during the workout i consume mass quantities of nutrient packed foods and water

I have lost a good amount of BF because I found the right amount of workout load I can do while not overstraining my CNS. I keep losing BF, downside is I feel really cold in the mornings and feel like I losing counciesness if I get out of the chair really fast some times.
I'm still doing the 7 to 8 meals per day. Soon I'm going to do cardio again. Feels really good so far what I'm doing.

ahhh yes i can get really fuckin cold i have to keep my thermostat at 70 or im cold as fuckin hell
meat eaters dont get cold because there body is burning up eating bodyparts wich creates thermogenisis and they use up there white bloodcells as well
the key to keep warm is moderate amounts of beer trust me it helps and its low in calories

lol im sure they take notes and find out suprisingly im correct that beer will warm you up and give you energy, thin your blood allowing for more oxygen and more crazy intense workouts when slightly buzzed

thats because there metabolism is burning all that it can from people that eat meat daily wich causes inflamation bad knees ect refined sugar also has this heating effect
its much healthier to heat the body up with activity through moderate beer and plenty of greens to repair liver and kidneys

why havent i acheived epic leans? because i done did it wrong many times be fo but always learn a thing or two to carry on with me into the next evolution of a new diet
its not like many are achieving diet success though really i dont see many pics of ripped twinks here but i know they exist, but the pressure is on me once again to get it right or near right

I don't think there is a special formula, just eating less and keeping protein up.
If you do that for a few months, you will be ripped.

yes the protien certainly kills the normal subtle cravings i have, i havent takin any whey in about a year but i took some hemp and soy protien and creatine a few months ago

I'm 6'3 and having trouble putting thickness on. But I'm slowly progressing I think.

Been following a TA/wavelength approved diet of between 2500-3000 calories and I have come down from 208 to 178 in about 2 and a half months and considering I was in condition at 164 last year and the gains I've made this year I'm thinking I'm going to be closer to 170. I recommend it Johnnay and you'll get a steady fat loss that won't drive you nuts.

I mow for hours a day on my job and I don't go to the gym anymore because I can't get there from where I live these days. I keep my muscle though because I feel like my diet is so spot on.
I love my diet. I make sure I'm well taken care of.
meal 1 - 2 scrambled eggs with pepper jack cheese and a huge whole wheat pancake with dark chocolate chips and 1 cup oj and vitamin
meal 2 - like chunky peanut butter? I mix mixed whole nuts together with peanut butter and jelly and raisins. Ready to serve.
meal 3 - cottage cheese with granola and apple. sometimes with hummus and chips
meal 4 - hemp protein powder, hemp seeds, hemp seed oil, mixed in a blender with some water, a banana, and dark chocolate of any kind
meal 5 - chicken with rice and broccoli and v8 juice
some days i go to sleep early and miss a meal or 2.

I am currently experiencing epic leaness due to dietary change. Not exactly voluntary dietary change-I've got some gut flora issues due to over use of antibiotics in my younger years-but nonetheless, I am feeling much better and am leaner than I have ever been.
Morning and daytime is strictly fruit-10-15 bananas, 3 mangoes, 6 kiwis, maybe a couple lbs of grapes...
Evening meal is 2lbs of raw ground beef, plus 3 egg yolks, beets, red onion and capers. You dig?

My experience is, that losing weight while drinking a lot of alcohol doesn't work, even if you're dieting. I had to stop drinking for three months because of school/work and lost a lot of fat.

i think its part due to creatine and protien and keeping total reps of moderate weight (40 pound dumbells) around 300-400 or more total reps
