We have to see what kind of condition Khan can get in. The conditioning he's in now won't be good enough for the pros. Unfortunatly he needs a Hany Ramrod, Oscar Arden, or Chris Aceto to assist him. It looks like he has thick skin. If he can get into condition he'll be awesome but it be easy and he'll probably have to come down to the 270s to do it.

Looks good, what does his back look like? But in the end he is nothing special. Federov looked better and look what happen to him. And Wolf this year. He is not Mr. O material, yet, nor is he a Arnold Classic winner. Stop hyping him up, because you know what, all the hype pits tremendous pressure on these guys to live up to the hype and expectations, and they fuck up, Flex Wheeler style. So just keep it moving.
Here is a prime example of hype and the reality, in another realm. Before the Lexus IS-F came out, all the car enthusiast (specifically Asian ones) were saying that the car would be a M3 killer. Turns out, it always came last in all the tests against the M3 and the Mercedes C63 AMG. Then all the Lexus fanboys were quiet, because the car never lived up to the hype that they generated.
So learn from this lesson and learn from the over hyped bbers like: Ian Harrison, Shaun "Dinosaur" Davies (both of whom were better than Zach Khan), Alexander Federov, Richard Jones, Dennis Wolf. The only one to live up to his hype somewhat is Phil Heath. Until someone proves themselves they just that, hype. BTW, is Zachary was so damn good, why did it take him so long to get his pro card? If you go into the pros consistency is a key factor, if you consistently smooth...you will get that rep, like Melvin Anthony, vice versa is Shawn Ray and Dex.

Just saw this on a UK forum, some intense views from both sides of the fence on this one, be interesting to see what Daz Ball will do cuz of the defeat:

Indeed, such a move would be irony at its best given the way the less than clued up [re: the requisite pharmacological issues at hand] James Collier has chosen to position himself as the 'expert' supposedly responsible for the dramatic changes in the physiqe of Daz Ball.
Some might say that such Judas like actions are fully deserving of such a bitter karma; indeed, one can quite validly suppose that whilst searching out new and better counsel, Daz will also be engaging in a massive amount of soul searching at this time.
Five figures spent on drugs over the last year? and for what? a third place!!
With his dream of earning a pro card now lying in tatters, all other trinkets that such a pro card would have acted as the conduit for are now equally ruined; such majestic entities as performing sessions for old gay men in return for GH and other similarly sordid acts!!

Zac can go all the way to the top in a couple of years. Only reason he never won his pro card earlier was because he couldn't nail his conditioning. He never had a problem with size or shape.

Potentially he could place highly in a small show and compete at the Olympia with the goal of making the top10, hes to tall for modern bodybuilding, sorry to destroy the hype but just keeping it real, personally i think he has a great physqiue and deserves more but the current judging isnt rewarding guys with his look.

You need to post pics and see. All Alex had was a slight asymmetrical back detail on one side and a pec tear... He was the shit other than that. Artwood was a mess, wide waist, small arms, very fucked up abs, huge legs, big chest, he was the American version of Paco.

Alex only looked good from the sides. He had a huge asymmetry between his left and right side, zero chest and a super-wide waist. Art Atwood won his first pro show and beat Markus Ruhl - no mean feat. Alex only competed with Ronnie in the Russian Grand Prix because of being the local boy. When he competed in the Olympia stateside, he tied with a few others for 16th place.
Zack Khan looks like Flex Wheeler compared to Alex. No one tears him down when he falls. Everyone admits his biggest problem was dialing in for a contest.

Roelly probably will do more damage, I am more impressed with him, he has the size, the shape and the conditioning, and he seems to be consistent, plus he has some of the freakiest tris on the planet.

I tried to find the backstage photo form the last show when he looked pretty hard (while 5 weeks out), and he lost like 18 pounds or something from that photo..
we just have to wait and see.

he is still smooth, he lacks good back seperation (density), lower and well, his whole back, arms is soft. Glutes shredded, and hams, are as well. But his back isn't, that is odd as hell. look at the blurriness of his tris and delts, no seperation or striations. Zero. This what Flex back looked like in 1993, and his arms...Look at the seperation, detail, and striations...That is conditioning. The front still lacks seperation and conditioning. Piss Poor.

I think he was around 260 in stage, so another 15-20 pounds mostly in his legs and hes good to go. WHILE keeping the small waist.

hell yeah, I've always said Jay's lower back was poor. And how he won his Arnold Classics with a shitty overall back is astounding. I Believe Jay's nickname should be called "The Gift", because he has gotten soo many of them. Int fact, I think Zach looks better than Jay has ever looked, bar this past Mr. O.
The guy looks like Paul Dillett with a great back. Conditioning is no big deal - he'll pick up a few things once he competes in the pro ranks a few times. The thing about the guy is his size and shape at his age and height.

And some help with the Judges. This is the key to winning.

I give Zach his props, no he's no Peter (the gift) Putnam, nor Kamali, he is better, miles ahead better than them. And has a better back than our current Mr. O (a piss poor back). But, I see know fuss, when i break him down, he just doesn't have "it". He may develop it, like Mike Francios did ( but he still that that "it" factor), or he may just go by the way side. I play the and and see. Because these guys get built up, and start to believe their own hype and get sloppy, and then boom! 20 threads on Getbig on about how shitty Zach is. It's always the same. Two yrs ago I told some guys that they would end up being disappointed in Wolf...he would fizzle out or he wouldn't live up to his hype...he hasn't really.

I was posting the pic to show an example of what the upper back plus tris should like. I could have posted Phil Heath, zachs arms are too blurry, the condition for his back is lacking, plus doe such a big dude his back lacks the depth of detail. At 29 he should already have that. There is no reason today for big guys to lack depth in detail, hell there is no reason why todays mr. O has wrinkles in his back, chalk it up to having a high standard. Your acting just like the dudes two yes ago that they would end up being disappointed in Wolf.

What can I say me and Neil did it…. lol. I like to thank all my friends and supporters off Md and say thank you for your kind words of encouragement that what kept me going and also Neil's fucking insane mental motivational words of wisdom. I can say the guy knows his shiiiit...
I wish I met him few years back. It honestly hasn’t sunk in yet but I like I said it been one emotional roller coaster. I like to thank Giles for promoting the British bodybuilders on the U.S boards and my friends and family for sticking by me and believing in me. The main big thank you goes out to Neil aka yoda! I just got to say mate your YT3 training principals worked and I am the finishing article. We fcuking did it !!!!
Shit not to forget Swede my main man you will get my DVD once these guys have got their fingers out of their asses and sent me the master copy to finalise.
Before people ask whats my 1st pro show, I have to be realistic and honest I got to make some improvements in this off season and see how I stack up before I do my first pro show!!!!
