Personally it's 210lbs and i just weighed myself thats where i am at today for the 2nd time, but quite leaner this time so im probably gonna go on next diet when i hit 220.

im semi-lean, i don't look like a perma bulker but not cut either.
probably 15% bodyfat.
The back picture is very recent, i was probably 207 in it.

258lbs(high teens-low 20's Bf%). In the gym it was awesome, everywhere-else not so much.

Thanks to antidepressents I had blown up to 186lbs

just lost interest at one point back then...plus i had girl problems and college...blah...
then....i ws in ok shape till last yr when i rotated my L4 vetebra deading and now a days i'm constantly in the library so training is out...
i'll start up next summer

I was in the gym 3 to 4 hours per day. In the end it wasn't really a happy time for me. It was pretty brutal. But it was the first time I had access to a full gym so I went all out. I used to put huge amount of rice / water / protein in the blender and have a monster insulin surge every day with a following crash in an attempt to recover. I always have had to learn by mistakes for some reason. I don't go to gyms any more, work out at home to save time and money.

228 at 5'11" a few weeks ago. Going back to 220 class (for pl) for a while then I get to be really fat and go up to 242!

My heaviest, at 5'5" was 190, then I went to the bathroom.
Recently competed at 157.4 pounds and now back to 165 so I'm feeling pretty good.

not a line on me......i was on the MCrib diet. i ate 6 mcribs a day with a large dr pepper, and 4 servings of cytogainer a day. my knees suffered dearly.

well...things have gone downhill for my body since....but i'm in the library from 9 am to around 10ish pm (1 hr lunch) anyhow....so not like i have time to train....
summer i shall get back into it

I remember because when I had to get a physical for the new job I wrote down on the form that I was 230 ... I hadn't stepped on a scale in over 1.5 years. When the nurse weighed me and I saw her inch the block closer and closer to 300 I almost shit myself. I was quite embarassed.
I had back pain all the time and slept like crap.
Now I'm hovering around 240-245. Feel a million times better.
I look at obese people now and can't imagine how horrible it is to move around with all that extra weight.

6' 286lb man was that weight tough to carry around,Strong as hell but feel much better at 235lb no force feeding and a whole lot better for my heart.
