1/2 beer then a set of 25 on dumbell squats with 2-40 pound dumbells
then
1 apple then another set of 25
i keep this rotation up through the evening
also need to get bananas because they fill the other spectrum of nutrients and vitamins that apples do not, but the two fruits are perfect opposites of eachother and fit like peices of a puzzle wich in other words completes any nutrient voids

the fruit is to offset the beer/alcohol slightly

beer is needed for its promotion of oxygen and blood thinning effects
