Title: -1257 Calories + Shoulders / Traps aftermath. Stared Cratine 1 teaspoon per day

Now I'm doing more cardio and some wight lifting that I come up with in the meantime.

whats ur shoulder/trap workout ?


Traps: Behind the neck barbell shrugs 270lbs . Side Dumbbell shrugs 125lbs each. And indirectly from some rows.
Shoulders I keep light: Side raises, up to 45lbs, front raises up to 45lbs,  shoulder press up to 65lbs, etc.
