I guess maintaining that with a certain amount of calories and keeping your metabolic rate at a reasonable level will help to maintain that with not too much trouble

ok i have a math problem for you to find my strength
i can do for roughtly a max set at any given moment an effort of 25 rep doing doing incline chest aka feet elevated pushups approximatley 2feet off the ground and im at a height of 6feet6 doing full repetiions on knuckles i weigh approximately 230-235 i may be regaining some mass from "teh jonneys" protiens
