I ate 1 and a half cup yesterday. It sort of upset my belly. And today I had to use the bathroom 6 times. Anyone else had this happened?
I think I might have to explore different protein sources. How do you get enough protein if you don't eat meat?

did you swallow them whole or did you grind them first?? the word on the street is the stomach acid can not digest whole seeds

These were milled. I ate them right before bed time. Woke-up and had to use bathroom immediately.

first, how do you eat 1.5 cups of milled flaxseed in one sitting?
in that 1.5 cups, you got about 46 g of protein, 75 g of carbs, and 106 g of fat!
that's a lot of fat, even if it is 'good fat'. the problem, though, is that flaxseed oil goes rancid rather quickly, especially in light and heat. that's why flaxseed oil is sold in black plastic bottles and usually refrigerated.
if the flaxseed was sold to you already milled or ground, and not sold in a light proof container or refrigerated, then some of that oil was surely rancid.

Once upon a time I think I did something like 3 tablespoons of flaxseed oil. I forget the amount, but ah, what occurred after was phenomenal.
I'd say about 30-60 mins afterwards, I started getting serious stomach pains and not long after I had a very traumatic runny flaxseed shitstorm. Obviously being in the system for such a short time, it came out like it came in.
Complete and utter rejection.

year and a half ago i did a flax seed diet, zero carbs,and zero fats besides flax seed. worked real good for super quick fat loss. i was eating two to four tablespoons with everymeal.
