Nice work Ky, esp your quads, abs & chest look full. I think the mid section of your back & your calves need extra attention. Try to pose with a more relaxed attitude and make the moves slowly and complete without trying to correct it with minor moves, this gives a more confident appearance.
Never knew that Sevastase trains there too (0:30). He must be jealous by walking away to fast. ;D

how much cardio are you doing? I am up 4.5 miles in 32 minutes, I am doing this every other day. When it gets colder I will switch to every day.

2-3 times a week. 15-20mins very intense.

Well your upperback is pretty good. Look at the 'pro s' and you can notice that many of them have the same mid back problem. I start my back training always with a wide or small front chin while I try to keep my upperbody as straight as possible during the first reps. This gives a better mid contraction in my experience.
I think calves are just like abs; it's more a 'frequent' than a 'volume' thing. Train them 3 times or more per week at the end of your training.

Yeah, I have to have better imagination and conciousness about my mid back.
My calves are small just because my LAZINESS. So now i will put my sipirit in it. ;)
