You stop gaining or your progress slows down significantly.

You get sick easier.

It has negative effects on your lipid profiles...

Too much is too much whether it's chicken, vitamin-c, test, training or crack. But i have to admit I'm not sure what's the recommended daily intake on that one...

Joints and bones can start to get very sore also. Some estrogen is important for bone elasticity, and anti E's of any kind have the potential of knocking estrogen way too low when over used. Lu is correct about gains stopping, or slowing, as I have experienced this my self.

It takes a long time to learn how much you need at different AAS dosage levels.  You should only take enough to keep you estrogen levels low enough to prevent gyno.

I'm currently taking a combo of Aromasin, Tamoxifen and Bromocriptine - each at a low dose.  10mg of Tamoxifen M,W,F allows me to lower my Aromasin dose and let my estrogen stay higher than I could normally tolerate, which keeps the gains coming.

Depends entirely on your goals.  If you are just trying to keep gyno or excessive estro sides away on a gaining cycle then sure take as little as you can.  If trying to reach peak condition and be dry and hard as you can be you will need more if using a decent amount of AAS.
