Infact, 99% of gym accidents could have been prevented with a power rack.

not all of them were thumbless....most of those guys werent even to their max bench yet, and just throwing the weight up as hard as they can. when you are throwing 400+ pounds up in the air thumb or not, that bar is leaving your hands.
