Title: Mikhail Koklyaev Involved in Accident

IronMind is reporting that the number two ranked raw powerlifter in the world, Russian Mikhail Koklyaev, was involved in an automobile accident that killed a pedestrian. The reports also says that Koklyaev fled the scene and refused a field sobriety test.
