weightlifting is all about being smart

Not too smart, strong, but not smart

he drove 30 min to the gym just to do that, now he is 100 percent fatigued and will speak with Raheim for 40 min and his other boys clownin at da gym

I used to do that exact same thing when I was a kid training in my parent's basement.
Except I only had 80 lbs on the bar when I did it :D
-

Arnold and Franco used to do that.
-
dude is very big but very lumpy slow and non functional looking
-
nothing new , that's how they use to do it in the old days when benches didn't have a place to rest the barbell same with squats too , nothing more than ego lifting strong dude either way
-
wow!
-
very strong

it's typical of people who use to train at home folowing highly customised routines to do this kind of stuff, it's like he s not aware of the fact that there a rack behind him, cause he spent years training without one.
either that or he s simply a fucking retarded son of a bitch, which can also be a possibility.
Now as for the "strenght" feat... who gives a fuck but immature / insecure morons about "how much you lift". Like it's of any help to improve your survival as a human being in our modern societies.
-
Whether he's doing that to show off or not, yes that's strong.
I think the most impressive part of that clip was his rows with good form, no belt, and no straps!

Arnold and Franco used to do that.
