You should support bands you like by buying their music.

Will definitely check it out.

Went to purchase diabolicus in musica yesterday but best buy and walmart didn't have it.  Walmart didn't have any slayer, they did have a huge rap/hip-hop section though... ::)

Tom's voice is shot, not half as bad as Hetfield's but he's hurting.  I'll download it.

He doesn't do as well anymore with the high range stuff, agreed, but sounds fine with more normal ranges.  It works for their music.  I never cared for the higher pitched yelling anyway.  I like their slower-mid paced darker stuff.  Like diabolicus or divine intervention.

They sounded excellent when I saw them this summer.  Music was tight.

I just listened to the new clips,  sounds much better than the last few.

There's another thread on this, but lemme just say that the new album is pretty good. Better than 'Christ Illusion', but not as hot as 'Diabolus' or 'God Hates Us All'. Those two are the best of later Slayer.

in my opinion ''divine intervention'' is the best one

Christ Illusion was a little better.
But still great record, very exciting band.
America is great tune after a couple of initial listens. Its all about the mother fuckin oil.

Lombardo kicks ass as always.
Tom still sounds great and they actually reveal more of a straight up Rock sound on a few tracks, which is suprising.

SSSSSSSSSLLLLAAAYYYYEEEE EERRRRRR :)
