When you get out of bed in the morning how do you feel? Rested and ready to take on the day? Sluggish and just want to lie there for the rest of the day? Do you feel like eating breakfast or just force yourself to?

Hah! Have you seen my pics? I'm skinny as a rake. Plus, I had to take an insulin sensitivity test and was judge very sensitive. One shot and I started to pass out in seconds. I thought I was a pussy but the nurse said that's a good thing. She said that she often gives 4 times the amount and the patient feels nothing.
Also, I never eat carbs at night.

6.5 or 7 hours. I crash at 1030 now.
And of course, a 90 minute nap daily when the kid crashes :P

We'd all be better off if we could get in a nap in the middle of the day. I so want to work out of my home. How's business, BTW?

a company went down, so maybe 1/3 of my business just ended overnight. but it's way more family time, since i was working too much anyway.

as long as i'm not woken up before I need to be woken up I'm happy ... it doesn't matter anyway I need my alone time in the morning cause I'm a miserable prick. I hate happy morning people. I wanna smother them with a pillow.

i actually wake up a few times n the night checking my clock cuz im xcited about doing cardio in the morning
i used to have trouble waking up...now i jump out of bed right when my alarm goes off

Less than 5 hrs/night! Are you able to nap at all during the day? Do you find yourself dozing off as the day wears on? Do you sleep in on wkends/days off?

That's me right there. Always feel like crap in the morning. Takes a while to get my groove on. On the days that I'm off, if there's nothing pressing that I have to do or want to do, no chores or errands, I can pretty much stay in bed all day just dozing and surfing the net all day. I'll just order some pizza and wings to get me through the day. I won't start getting any pep until around 8:00-9:00 PM. But that only gives me 3-4 hours before it's time to hit the sack again. So I'll just have ice cream instead.
It's amazing how utterly worthless I can be. Well, then again, maybe not so amazing. If there's a type "A" personality I'd put myself at around a "W". God Bless America!

I got up at 4 this morning, had a giant Red Bull, chest & tris, 25 mins cardio. Night guy was kind to morning guy for a change.
