i had originally posted the most masterful diet, then i deleted in on second thoughts about how most at get big do not need my secret diet method

i feel the information i have may be harmful to the malicous type especially if the government knew of my diet method they may put restrictions on certain food items because it works so well

only a select few will learn from me
