Why do you take a break from protein?
Also I don't think that it is possible to not ingest any protein unless you don't eat anything (or are you referring to protein powder?)

if you have liver issues, then it would help keep those issues from progressing..however if your liver is healthy, then it probably wouldnt have any effect.

protein is way overrated anyway. look at the time when there were no shakes and high protein diets. did physiques became better? no. the opposite.

LOL, careful I heard cutting down on protein conumption leads to Palumboism 101, instead be like Nasser and consume 600 grams of protein day after day, even after being offstage for 10 years. You never want to miss that anabolic window!
