He did some. Dude's got some good triceps, many of those moves he did are real hard on the triceps, and to do them and to transitioned to other hard moves very quickly takes some serious discipline. Dude maybe even did a bid in prison or so. Don't know.

epic signs they have been to prison a few times.  Where else would you have time to do all that crap.

But impressive nonetheless. Shows tricep strength and body control and above all discipline. And the thing is, how many of us have the triceps and the discipline to beat this now?

remember dummies he didnt do all these pushups at once, they look to be clips from different workouts. Now a big man doing one arm pushups would be impressive

No duh, many are from the same workout, look at the transitions between different types of pushups, or the stairway, which is harder to do than the one arm push up. Dude is on another level than doing arm pushups.

you are fooling yourself the stairs is the same as a feet elevated pushup on a chair or countertop , maybe you want to do some pushups yourself  ???

the body is a high performance engine like a car, it needs a little oil in the form of olive oil, thank me later stud :-\

Ha, yes there is similarity. But the higher your feet are the more weight is put on your tris. Plus then there is the gravity aspect of going up hill.

Actually both vids got me pumped. And I'm trying to do what that guy in the 2nd vid was doing in the beginning. That shit is hard to balance.

yes make sure to wipe off the steps as your doing them , that act will gain approval and admiration that you are seeking

I don't admiration or approval from others. Falcon, that should come to your mind, those are the thoughts of a Vulture, a scavenger, one who looks for a Ill begotten opportunity, not taking the initiative to create opportunity.

I like to try knew things, to learn, adding it to my repertoire
