guys,
I've figured it all out.
I've been totally gorging myself on food for the past month.
I'm talking 5 or 6 feedings per day....until you're totally stuffed. (It takes time to build up to this amount of calories)
You're metabolism gets so freakin fast that even after a 2000 cal binge, you're starving a couple hours later.
In turn, you'll notice you're bodyfat decreasing while you're size explodes.
It takes awhile to build up to these heroic eating habits, but the rewards are staggering
A long term goal is 10,000 cals per day. Junk food is fine

When you have a lot of muscle your metabilism runs fast anyway. But not so you can just eat complete shit all the time.

lol.. keep doing it. you are experiencing a temporary adaptation that will soon plateau and then you'll be fucked.

keep doing it with olive oil since it improves insulin sensity and reduces insulin resistance the two key factors in fat gain
most people dont get why some people can eat a shitload and get away with it because they have epic insulin sensitivy and low insulin resistance probably because they might get plenty of olive oil or had it alot as a child

you are not starving a few hours after a binge - thats your insulin levels crashing making you think you are hungry.

you dont get any insulin swings with the olive oil combined with other foods, or they are much less noticable

it could also be melatonin from darkness setting in and one wishes to eat more to stay awake a little bit more
