Do any of you guys over 35 have trouble sleeping at night on rest days if you take in normal amounts of carbs?

I would think only late night carbs (and a lot of them) would affect your sleep.
Try cutting caffeine intake. Try one cup of coffee a day for a few weeks and see if that helps.
