Im gonna start doing a new leg routine, see how it goes. Real basic
Leg Extensions
2-3 warm up sets, then 4 working sets, 10-12 reps
Squats
2 warm ups-135
4-5 working sets 10-12 reps
Hamstrings
Leg curls 2-3 warm up sets
4-5 working sets, 10-15 reps
Another leg routine i was thinkin of is a "squats only" leg workout......hmmm. For me, squats are the ultimate leg exercise that puts size on my legs.

Switch to stiff legged deads if you're going to only do one exercise for hams.
The all squat workout works great for me about once every two months, I just do umpteen sets of squats.
Feels great the next day. ;D
