Can I progress just as good if i do the same exercises every week? For example, on back day i like to do pulldowns, deadlifts, barbell rows, t-bar rows, seated rows... should I vary this from time to time or just focus on getting stronger on these movements? Thanks gh15.
i change my routine every 90 days sometimes 60 but 90 days and then change,,from time to time i change exercises but i keep to basics and to what i know gets me to grow,,i like to lift heavy

for me, i prefer my palms facing eachother when i do back, i feel its much easier to get a solid lat contraction devoid of much bicep involvement when done that way.
