actually the DOE has a lot of security guards that are full military trained, carry machine guns, drive hummers and shit like that...they are better equipt, and better trained than a large city swat team.

i know a few of these guys.... and one of them is a top ranked NPC competitor.

most DOE security is contracted through these guys
