Title: Best toothbrush
Post by: calfzilla on November 20, 2009, 09:33:17 PM
Which one is the best?  Electric?  Which model to keep teeth healthiest and whitest.  This is bbing related because supposedly, teeth are to be judged in a bbing contest.  Have you read the IFBB manual?

Technology helps tho. People went from little sticks to tooth picks to floss then to water picks.

I dated a dental hygentist for a while she said for some people Sonic-Care or whatever was good and for others it wasn't necessary...she did not personally use it and had a flawless set of teeth.

She not a dentist tho. I bet the dentist give her weekly free cleanings. I bet she also got porcelain veneers on discount too. ;)
Kind of like those chicks that work for a plastic surgeon get one free operation a year.

Oscillating rotating electric brushes, strangely enough the more expensive sonic versions aren't as good. My roomy just graduated, she's a dentist now and has a book (rev. 2009) with  about 10 pages on the quality of tootbrushes. The oscillating rotating have these round heads, but also pulsate, this is a good one: http://www.bodycareshop.nl/product/78877/braun-oral-b-professional-care-550-d16-525.html

I have both an Oral-B Triumph and a Sonicare 9000 series. They both work well. At the end, a regular toothbrush is fine. Seriously. I'd sell 'em if I could, but who wants to buy a used toothbrush handle?
