Doesn't get more impressive than this. Lifetime natural, raw 500-pound bench at 39 years old. What’s most impressive to me is I know the guy works long hours, commutes far to work and raises three kids. He makes the time to train late at night and is currently looking to open the doors to Beast Training, a hardcore training facility in Connecticut.

Impressive, regardless of drug status!

Like I said, with the hudreds of thousands of gym's in the world, there's all kinds of freaks. Just because you don't see them in the record books doesn't mean they do not exist!

Raw 600 lbs bench.
I highly doubt that was 600 pounds by Tank. Props to your buddy on the 500, very impressive.

And benching 500 lbs is going to help you? Push a car when it stalls?

Source?
its pretty common knowledge, Im not gonna waste my time looking for it now.
Just think about it for a minute. How easy it looked, who tank is ... A fightning alcoholic and looks like he could rep 600 pounds RAW a few times.
Not many men has benched 600 raw and no one that easy I think except maby scott. so..

You can't prove it's fake because it's real.
Sweden has never produced a good fighter.

what about the ufc 105 when the swede won witnin like 30 sec?
And what about paulo robert who won a few belts in boxing, or jörgen kruth who won vm in thaiboxing a few times or ara abrahamian who won broze in OS in wrestling but should have fought the in the final, etc etc
I think we have had 5-6 fighters in the ufc which is insanly good considiring our population, So I dont really see where you're coming from lol.

Honestly, if the Tank vid is a fake, its a damn good one. The plates all look "real" and the way the bar bends make it look legit.

Why not?
Powerlifters have different goals than "bodybuilders."
500 may be out of your realm, as it is mine. But, if you're not challenging yourself in some regards, just quit.
