Timbaland's performance at the AMAs last night was so moving it almost inspired me to do a late night cardio session. According to his website he is an avid bodybuilder committed to a strict diet and training regimen, and as serious about working out as he is about his time in his studio. "You can accomplish anything you put your mind to if you stay persistent and disciplined" explains the driven and dedicated Timbaland...RIGHT
Its quite evident that he has stopped hitting the sauce and started hitting KFC. Leather pants should not be worn by any male, but for a man in his condition, it's an outrageous offense. He should be relegated to sporting wear only (sweat pants and running pants).

If I had money like Timbaland I'd lift cheeseburgers to my grill all day and not care about fitness.

I am trying to make a different point on this post. A little philosophical but what the hell. In life, I think a lot of success is luck (timing, happenstance, etc...) Especially in the music industry where its a winners take all environment. Once you reach a certain level of fame, success breeds more success. A lot of people have the presumptuous belief that their illustrious careers were all because of their "self will and dedication." Take porkie from above, obviously his foray into bodybuilding can only be viewed as an abject failure despite the fact "that he set his mind to it." Hard work can help you get lucky but to think it will guarantee you something is BS.

No, no other than Mr. O himself, Lee Haney. But his signature, "stimulate not annihlate the muscle", didn't work to stimulate the fat off of Tim.
Although scrawndog, I do agree with you, 50 is diff, he's been in shape for a while and has that training ingrained into him, he used to box. Timbo has a more lax style to him, chalk it up to his VA upbringing w/ the southern food mentality--the man likes to eat. And he's not that disciplined and Lee Haney can't instill discipline, that comes from within. But, if he channeled the discipline that he uses to stay in the studio and make beats all day, then maybe he make some real headway.
For instance, Im willing to put money on the fact that if Oprah used the discipline that she has for her finances and put that towards her weight (alongside of her not using food for comfort), she would keep that weight off.
