Title: NPC Nationals - Robert Burneika.

I got a PM late last night asking me.....Whats next for Robert?
Well, at least we got him in shape and condition for this show.
If you look at the Mr USA, there is a night and day difference,he is 10 times harder, and leaner.
Now we need to back off on his arms training, and brings up his Hamstrings, Back, quads, and put about 5-8 lbs more muscle on him
He needs to step on stage at at least 255 -260lbs for his body to look proportionate to his 24 inch arms.
His chest legs and shoulders aren't weak, if he had only 21-22" arms, but his arms are so massive.It over powers his chest.
He is only 31, he has only done 5 bodybuilding shows, and only been a bodybuilder for 4 years.so we got plenty of time.
At least he proved himself.Its not like he is Trey Brewer, being called the Phenom and looking like a local competitor.

saw some shots his legs looked really good and seperated,he looked conditioned well for a big man.
