Hi all, I hope you are all okay.
I would like to know if it can be good to take only like 50mg/ week of legit deca for bones trouble and articulation problems.
Thanks all (hope I'm clear)

I'm running 150mg test on top of 150mg ND for my TRT. Now I dont recommend everyone run 1:1 ratio od test to deca because some will not get away with it and may experience deca dick. For me it works great, and I get the benefits of the increased synovial fluid in my joints.

Do you mean for help with joints you don't need to add the usual 400 to 500 mg of Deca per week and can get the same result with a lower dose like 150 mg? By result I dont mean muscle gain because I rely on test for that but if I was to just add in deca for joints only what dose do you think is good?

Yes. It might not do a lot at that dose but over time it will. I NEVER recommend taking Deca by itself because it is such a strong compound on the HPTA. But if a sex drive isn't a concern and the joint pain is so bad and more common techniques (surgery, pt etc...) are not an option then it will help.
Nandrolone Decanoate helps with joint pain because of it's unique structure and affinity to bind within certain receptors. It is not only an androgen but also a progestin. That's where its magic lies. It lowers cell mediated immunity and raises the humoral arm of immunity. When cell mediated immunity is high, joint pain is common. When the humoral arm of immunity is high, the cell mediated arm of immunity is lowered thus quelling joint pain.
Deca is not a permanent solution but sometimes that's all we can do because we all sometimes don't have the money or proper health care to get the proper treatment. Many people people fail to realize this. Good luck.....

Thats why I'm using it in TRT. I am getting great results with joint relief @ 150mg ew. If you wanted to grow more I would increase the dose, but as far the joints and increasing synovial fluid is concerned 150mg is enough. I agree with Big-O though, most wont get away with running nandrolone by it self.

Good post guys, I take nandrolone D as well for joint relief, it works well relivng my arthritus pain especially in the knees and lower back. I'm honest with my doctor abouht it and monitor blood work a couple tmes a year while on. The stuff is really a wonder drug IMO and affordable for those of us w/o access to main stream healthcare.

I use deca at 100mg + 200mg of test.. it does the job.
